Ok so I am going to dump my quad rest. I just got a Trophy Ridge Revolution. I am not going to install it until next week. Does anyone know of any thing I need to be weary of when putting this on?

Nothing to be weary about installs in minutes. Typical drop away installation. Excellent rest and quiet.

im holding out for a Trophy Ridge Revolution as well.stll looking at them and trying to read all i can befor i make the jump.let us know how it goes,the in's and outs.ect...

Hope you like the revolution. My daughter lovers hers. I believe that is going to be my next rest as well. As for your quad its a good rest but not all bows can use any rest. I remember my son's bow wouldn't take a NAP 360 the torque kept wearing off the bottom pin sideways.

If you're putting it on your Onza, placement can be a little tricky due to the bridged riser. It'll line up a little lower than the Berger holes and then you'll have to find the sweet spot between the grip and the bridge to be able to move the rest towards the riser enough to get center. I had to take a round file and take a little off the edge of the arms where they would contact the riser to maintain clearance.

Now you may not have that issue, as all setups tune differently, and I needed just a little more movement into the riser for mine to tune properly. Otherwise, I absolutely love the rest!

affordable, easy installation, and its perfom very well.


it takes sometimes to think over and over to buy this rest. it takes courage to install it. coz i also have the fear, what if it fail, and the arrow will not launch out of the rest.

i had it on, and have almost a thousand shot now from the rest, and works flawlessly...

great rest, easy to setup and tune....


bro wabbit did mentioned regarding the riser, i put on my nemesis, and i did have a slightly longer serving on the down cable, and does not contact with the bridged riser.

I wonder if this would work well for a fingershooter like me.... I currently use the Quictune 750 and It works great but I love the idea of a fall away rest. I'm just not in to the triger release crowd. I'm thinking due to the 2 points of containment, this would offer a certain amount of lateral stabilisation. But it might cause the arrow to rattle before the clearance completes it's cycle, which I doubt would be good for the arrow and it's fligth.

Maybe I could modify a fall away with a lateral support of some kind. Like one the metal paddles from the 750 I use? Anyone ever done/tried/use this?

Would'nt think that you'd have to do any modification, the only movement/rattle you'd be getting would be getting would be while drawing, which you can reduce by rolling the string on your fingers prior to drawing, there would'nt be any movement caused by your fingers upon release. I used to shoot a 2004 Martin Cougar III with NAP QuikTune 1000 prong rest using fingers/instintive. Took a little while to find out how much to roll the string pre draw to keep the arrow ont the rest, but once I did, I had no other trouble.
