    Default exile question

when did martin produce these exiles
they have the green accutrak cam and idler and green andonized roto cup...
were they the early 2011 production run or late....?

& the dampners on the riser are the new looking ones like on the 2012 bengal, not the old one found on the 2009 or 2010 risers....

Just trying to date a exile.....

    thanks everyone

I'm not trying to knock you on this, but why not keep all of these questions in 1 thread. You have 5 open threads about the same bow and not to mention all the duplicates you have on AT. The Acu-trak cam ran all the way through 2011 models. I've seen the green cams and wheels on the bows that were branded for Dicks. Not sure if they did that on the standard badged ones. If you see the bullet style VEMs - chances are it is a late 2011.

Do you have it in hand? If so, what are the first 2 digits of the bow number. Generally speaking, those first 2 digits is the year the bow was built.

    it's 2011....it's a rack attack.....from dicks......
i thought the green anodized on the cam and such was the telling factor.
The rack attack is the exile....got it now.

Does the bow have the TRG or rod and slide?

Be careful, I've already wounded a doe this year with my exile , you better make a perfect( not good) shot it better be broadside . I wouldn't shoot over 30 with it either , I was highly disappointed, I shoot voctory Vap arrows and Magnus broahheads . At 24 yards I got only like 8inches deep. My bow is cranked to 70. Maybe I hit shoulder, but at that close with those Vap arrows it should blow through and it didn't

It sounds to me like you hit the shoulder bone, with that shallow penetration out of a 70# compound. What broadhead were you using?
