Default I bought some hairy beaver!.

It took some time to get my order in from Hairy beaver String Silencers. they had a Computer snafu. They owed up to the shipping mistake and threw in a few extra's for my troubles.

I bought a couple Beaver tail silencers and some calf hair rests/pads. I'm waiting on Chads strings to arrive any day now. I'm excited to get the SLB put back together.

I was just gonna stick the shelf on but I'm thinking about building thickness by adding some leather on the shelf and add the new calf hair rest to toe top. I have a lot of leather from the time I used to do some light leather work.. I wanna make sure I give the feathers space to travel between the shelf and pad.

What's your thoughts ladies and gents?. Recommmendations?

Here's some pics of the Hairy beaver String Silencers and calf hair rest. I've still been looking out for a three under bateman tab.

I would put a toothpick or split a wooden match under the rest, the shelf looks flat, by putting a 'bump' under the rest, you'll have less arrow contact, the paradox will bend the arrow out away from the strike plate, and by minimizing the rest contact, you'll get cleaner arrow flight. Looks like enough beaver for several bows. LOL
