thanks all.bow range is in the garage.its about 30' from wall to garage door.i have a little room in the garage you can see in one of the pics that will be my camping,hunting,bow room.got the pvc to make a paper tuning rack.i shoot at that card board box.so far i have removed 3 or 4 treees and 4 more that need to go.not going to paint the place just going to reside it,new roof and gutters.it's right at 1800sqf not including the garage.lot is just under a 1/4 acre.inside is nice ish but needs some finishing touches.
love having my own house.i am tareing out the whole yard,leveling it and re seeding.from that point it will be a blank slate to work with.we have allready hualed out 6 or 7 full trucks loade of yard waste.we will lay that fake hardwood through the entire house besided the girls bedrooms.going to refinish the cabinets in the kitchen.need to get rid of the popcorn cealing.and some other stuff.it has new stainlees still stove,cook top oven.new fridge and washer and dryer wich all came with it.i will take pics after a good cleaning.
just paid my property taxes yesterday a stagering 2800.00 .its a slow going process but i think we will drop around 30k in it and when the market goes up i should be able to re sale for around 280-290k.we paid about 175k not includeing all the costs that go with closeing.it is valued at 202k as it sits so 20k in equity in 8 months,and that is real market value.
houses are not cheep around here at all.my buddy got near the same place as mine in a diff county and he only paid 110.
oh and i can park 9 cars in that drive way no problem.new windows.new floors,had new carpet but a 1 year old and 4 year old make it look 20 years old in no time,lol.
tharea is so very nice .all the schools(elm,jun,high)are all withing a half mile of my house so perfect for my girls.big church across the street.the neighbor hood is mainly retired folks so nice and quiet
