Might be able to thread the GT weights into the back of your insert. Pretty much the only way you'll be able to do it that I'm aware of to add just to the front of the arrow.

Changing broadhead or field point weight would be the easiest way to add tip weight, although you could browse the Lancaster catalog, I have seen heavy inserts in their catalog, but don't remember the exact weight of them.
