I know how y'all like to hear about super customer sevice so here goes. Amy at nockturnal will be replacing a malfunctuning nock for me. No hassles and quick to respond to email (from her phone to boot). It is the first time I have had an issue (it could of been the rocks fault, a deer had a near death experiance, rock died instead!) but I am sticking with them.

What's the cook time for a rock? It must be longer for hard rocks.
