    Default Socks

I just picked up a pack of athletic moisture wicking socks at TJ Maxx. They are 7.99 for six pair made by a company called Layer 8. I have been wearing them under my wool hunting socks and they have been great at keeping my feet warm and dry. Just thought I would share this cheap little find, definitely worth a try at eight bucks.

I think that you're doublely protected, as the woool socks on their own also wick away moisture and stay warm when wet, small wonder that you're feet are warm and dry. Thanks for the heads up!

You bet, I love layers. Turned the news on this morning and they reported a balmy five degrees here in town.
