Question Thoughts / Reactions? World's fastest archer?

    http://www.wimp.com/forgottenarchery/

I caught this on a favourite website of mine. WIMP.COM, they post viral or interesting videos. I've seen many speed archers but his technique and where he got it from seem genuine and I can't help but add, effective. While this would be very difficult to reproduce on a compound bow but it might be possible with cams made for that in mind and a proper rest.

Anyway, impressive none the less. I've always been a medieval times aficionado, can you all imagine a company of similarly trained archers riding horseback, the Mongols come to mind. What devastation this could rain down on an army.... And it would keep an even larger army of fletchers quite busy!!!

    Cheers!

Can you imagine him jumping out of a tree stand to shoot at a white tail and by the time the deer goes down there are three arrows sticking out of the deer.

My only question is can he hit a penny at 30 yards 20 times in a row . I know someone who can!

I doubt it, while he is accurate, he's not pinpoint accurate. Clearly his focus is on speed. Which is why I thought the comparison with Legolas was a bad choice. Curious though, does the penny hitter use the instinctive technique or does he use a sight?

LOL Hadn't even though of that, thanks Elkslayer. Short of a catastrophic equipment failure, even I would never miss this one.
