Welcome to the forum.
Yep, looks like the Fury to me. Top bow in it's year!
I had one but the 6" brace was a bit tight for hunting, at least for me. It was also a bit loud unless a heavy arrow was used. It shot really nice though.

Welcome to the forums. Hope this turns out to be a home for you.
Nice bow you have there. Don't let nobody kid you. There were some really nice bows from the 90's and that is one of them. As old as it is if you treat it right it'll last you a lifetime.

Oh yeah .... don't get me wrong. I wish I still had that Fury.
I still have my 1996 Martin Prowler, what a meat axe of a bow! I still use it too.

Nice bow! Welcome to the forum, and to the addiction! lol
My wife packed my bags and threw me out, as I was walking out the door, she told me "I hope you have a long and miserable life!"... To which I replied "Oh, now you want me to stay?!" LOL
2011 Onza 3: 70#, 28.25 draw (AMO), 384 gr arrow, 288 fps
2005 Saber: 70#, same arrow, 250 fps
I think that it is amazing how far bows have not progressed in the last 10 years! I guess that no one has figured out a way to fool the laws of physics yet. IBOs of bows with 6 inch brace height went from 320 fps to 350 fps only a 10% increase in 10 years.

Actually they have come a long way since 1997. Maybe the speeds have not increased much, but you can now get a bow with a 7 1/2" brace hieght that will shoot 320fps. With a smooth draw cycle and virtually no hand shock and deathly quiet.
The Z Cams were called "hatchet cams" and had quite the draw cycle. When you dropped to the valley you had a mushy back wall. Actually no back wall, you just could feel the bottom of the valley.
I hate to say it cause I really like my 1996 Prowler with Z-Cams, but it is loud compared to bows today. It's specs said 296fps. With a bit of tweaking one could get more speed easily.
Todays parrallel limbs give you that extra brace, and give you that shock free release. The limbs equalize each other's vibration out, leaving the quiet, low vibration we take for granted today.
The 2012 Cougar FC with Nitro Hybrid Cams has a 7" brace with an IBO of 345fps.
That is a long way.
That is true. I do like the way they look now. Check out the Onza transformation:
