Default How would you rate the firecat tr1 ?

Just looking for a little review of this bow, and it cam system. Looking into getting one for my son.

I've never owned one, but have shot one before. It was a very nice, smooth drawing and shooting bow. I don't think you can go wrong with the bow as long as he can handle it.

Thanks Ehunter, I know the older dual cam firecat is a nice bow, but didn't know how the single cam version stacked up. I am guessing its quite a bit slower.

nestick, I'm betting the single cam is going to be about 15-20 fps slower. Still plenty fast though. Should be able to get it into the mid 280's or better with a hunting arrow around 380 gr.
