    Default Canned Release

Just thought I would throw down on a release I made. Got tired or my wrist release always getting in the way. Made this concho release out of my wrist release and it worked out great and have been using it for several years now. It hangs on the string loop and is always ready. Have a safety behind the trigger that is attached to a lanyard that is fixed to the concho made out of cocabola wood. The sweet thing about this is that the length is custom to my hand. Probably make another one soon just for grins and will post a how to thing. Anyway new to the forum and thought I would share my handling solution.

Cool idea! Same reason I switched to a thumb release.

What bumper (string stop) do you have on there? How well you think that works compared to stock/limbsave/mac daddy?

Just had that one in my box. I think it came off a Blackhawk XP I had. Similar to a Bowjax stop. Just put a Bowjax bumper on my Bengal Pro as well. Works great. On the stock one the string seams to hit slightly off center no matter how centered you think you have positioned the bumper, evident from wear on the stock bumper slots.
