I agree, it sounds like your cable routing is messed up. Maybe you have left handed cams on a right handed bow or vise versa?

I replaced the TRG/SOS with a standard rod, and use a Saunders Hyperglide guide. I haven't had any problems with the bow at all (knock on wood) other than that I felt the TRG/SOS was loud...

New limbs? What will the deflection be on the 70# 5M limbs and Nitro 2.0 cams? (for Barnsdale limbs that is)

Have you tried to backout the limb bolts, press the bow, and remove the string and cables? Just see if everything is fine when there is not limb twist from the cable guard. If the cam is rubbing then you definitely have something wrong with the cam, bearing, or limb. Or better yet you could just take the cables out of the cable slide -- duh, me! If you aren't rubbing with lack of cable side tension then I would play around with a bent cable rod or a tilt tamer or a different cable slide that put the cables closer to the riser.

I've taken the bow apart when I swopped the limbs and everything seemed fine upon inspection. When I draw the bow, the cam never touches the limb at any time. It only happens when the bow is fired. The cams are fine and the bearings and axles are also in great shape. I am thinking of putting the Saunders slide back that it had on it and see if that helps.
