finger rest
I pick up a 07 Scepter 4 to start target shotting. What would you recomend for a good arrow rest for finger shooting? Fall away, fixed? Thanks

For finger shooting you definitely don't want a fall away. Your arrows go trhough "archer's paradox", meaning sideways bending. Your rest needs to impart some sort of side pressure to help straighten the arrow out as it leaves the bow.
Star Hunter or Nap Quicktune 750. Cavalier FreeFlyte or this style. Have never used one, but a Whisker Bisquit might work. Often overlooked in today's high tech world and mostly forgotten today are any of the flipper style rests with a plunger button---still one of the best types for fingers.
