OtisT replied on a thread and I thought I would just start a new one following his thought. Yes, there are quite a few guys/gals who pick up their bow a month before season starts and shoot a couple of rounds and is pleased as punch with themselves. Guess what, I am fine with that. Its good for the economy. Gets folks outdoors. But here is what is funny, today I met with a customer who drives from Texas to Missouri to hunt, he said he takes his bow out a month before to make sure it still on. Any way, he said he missed a 144" buck at 55 yards. I wonder why?? He did say though that he later shot it with a gun.
