Love the set up DS. I see your putting the slip system to work. Can't wait to use mine this season.

Thanks. This is their new Mule Deer Doe slip. I need to get some blood on it. Preferably Deer blood. We suited up today to make sure our gear and cloths are fitting properly. Plus I trained and showed my son o how to use the Slip system safely with another hunter. I showed him the different ways to shoot from it without shooting me. LOL.

Our season opened the 10th. This guy is a regular down there I guess, my friend has seen him almost every day for the last week. I just can't get down there till Saturday.

Simon, that thing looks awesome. Good to see someone else practice as they hunt too. I get strange looks at one of the ranges when I have all my gear on while practicing.

Well, I had the fork horn at 25 yards this morning & let him walk. Maybe they will be together tonight? My buddy says if you see them in the morning you will see them again that same evening, we'll see.

Less than a month to go here, recurve in hand this Fall.

Built this blind last month, nice funnel but no good trees for a stand, lots of rubs the last couple years in this spot.

    Recurves: 40lb X-200, 45 & 50lb Hunters, 45lb Mamba
