Default got a problem need cam

Bought a rytera nemesis for $200.00 he said he was shooting it and heard something weird and tried to draw it and it wouldn't draw the lower cam is bent and the lower limb has a sliver out of it. I believe he dry fired it but he claims he didn't but of course he blamed the bow and bought him a Mathews. Was wondering if I can get another cam and limb for this bow it has the carbon looking limbs on it with a skull pattern on the bow and hybrix cams 70#. He shoots 3-d so I bought the bow and want to get it fixed and go beat him with it to prove him wrong on what he said about rytera and martin bows. Any help would be appreciated.

Call Martin, explain the situation and see what they can do to help.

Customer service above and beyond---pretty typical. Who's the sales rep anyway? Mark Jenkins?

I have always been under the impression the warrenty was non transferable but seems like Martin takes care of people even if they are not the original owner. That's awesome and hopefully when your in the market for a new bow ya stick with martin!
