Default Clarification from Martin Archery. Posted on FaceBook.

I just saw this post over on Facebook. Thumbs up to Martin Archery. I wish you all the best and a brighter future.

We would like to clarify on a few points from feedback we have been hearing in the industry:

    - Martin Archery is still THE EXACT SAME Martin Archery as it has been since Gail Martin founded the Company. Despite the ownership change, Martin bows are still being made by the same people who had previously been making them and with the same level of care and craftsmanship. There have been rumors stating otherwise - DO NOT BELIEVE THESE!
    - CUSTOMER SERVICE, in addition to our renowned QUALITY bows, will be a cornerstone of the "new" Martin
    - We are still honoring warranties for bows purchased prior to the ownership change; please contact your local dealer or a Martin customer service rep for further details

We appreciate all your support through this critical time of transition. Please let your friends and fellow archers know via word-of-mouth, blogs, etc. that Martin is back and here to serve you with the same outstanding quality it has been known for for decades as well as significantly improved customer service.
Sorry, i tried to post the direct link from Facebook and i can't get it to work.

I don't do Facebook, but this is good news for all, including prior customers. I just can't imagine customer service getting much better. The people in CS/Warranty have always been top notch; just having to do to much the last couple of years. Better to work on QC so CS doesn't have to be a full time job.

Facebook has some kind of blocker. It's rare to even see a link on Facebook.

I havent' heard the rumors.... Odd though, the Martin Clarification didn't stay on my page....???

It's still the first post on the Martin page. I couldn't get the specific link to work though.

Specific link isn't an issue. It's easy enough to find and fun just fishing around on the site.
