Needing service on a new martin bow.
Everytime i phone them i am given an endless barrage of voicemail messages, accompanied by a real person putting me through to another voicemail ??? !!!
All that i need is a return authorization number.
Since phoning is not productive; nor taking the bow to an authorized dealer - (they could rarely get throug to a person and cannot obtain satisfactory help to help their customers' issues) i have e-mailed a request for a ra number.
This is very frustrating and not a good way to get started with new ownership !
