What I would do is sand he upper part of the posts and all of the module. It does work the string hard and the pins being snug to the string or cable it pulls on the serving which works the serving apart. But in his case its shaving it too! Which will loosen it and cause it to come apart.

same issue here. I sanded everything down. Then I extended the draw length and shortened the draw stop.

Yeah what he said... about the draw and draw stop. It appeared from interpulating the photo that your module was set on a 1 or so. Which would put you way shorter than 29". I could be wrong about that but check it anyway. Martin makes it way to easy to use the draw stop as a draw length adjusment tool. Hope you get it lined out.

Ugh. Pro shop said it would be fixed today, then they said a bow tech took it home to finish it and now they've told me they never touched it it will take another day or so....and I can't get a martin tech to call back to save my life, they're either on lunch or not in yet. This is getting a little depressing

After being told my cam was defective they now say the draw stop was setup incorrectly which somebody on here already said. I think im going to get a bow press because between a couple guys on here we had the problem figured out and my proshop was just about the worst customer support experience I've had to date. BUT im getting my bow back today so all is well in the world! Thanks again to everyone who helped me figure this out.

I suggest a bowmaster press unless you want spend a couple large. Mine works fine, even used it to replace the string due to the same problem you had. Um are you sure the cam is bad? Remember the proshop "is the worst". Might want to post a pic first.
