    Default Heading out deer hunting today.

    Bart the owner of Deer Crossing Archery and I are headed out for a short hunting trip this afternoon.
    We will be hunting this evening and tomorrow and home Friday night.
    Have to much stuff going on this weekend so going now...
    Got my gear ready, did I mention I have been on a diet?

    Our archery season starts July 12th and in conjunction with the general season runs till Dec. 31.

    Yeah, they're liberal all right, "ok you bow hunters can start deer hunting in July, during daytime temps near 100* when any sane deer in in the deepest shade he can find, but if you DO manage to find and kill a deer, thats it for you the rest of the year! Which I always tought was odd, since the area I lived in, I saw at least one deer hit on the highway every week, usually more. In my own yard, there were 5 deer every day, and more at night. They would constantly raid the compost pile, which made for some amusing pics.
