You have to have special limbs for the FireCat or any of the bows with the Cat Cam system. The stresses created by the cam system are greater than most others so Martin has reinforced the limb tip on these models.
Can't help you with string/cable lengths as I haven't checked them. Did you check in the Bow Cam Charts?

Ok, I checked the bow cam charts and the 2008 data isn't there yet. Try posting this on www.archerytalk.com. Somebody is sure to answer.
I just got my 45-60# Firecat last week and the String is 54 1/2" and the 2 Cables are 38 1/2". Yes you need the new 08 Re-enforced limbs the limb forks look like this:
