    Don, good luck.

We have a indoor tournament starting this weekend, but I'm setting it out. 30 targets, 3 Qualifiers over 3 months at $10 per and then a Elimination shoot off the 4th month and another $10. It ain't the money, but combined with 280 miles for 4 round trips... It ain't worth it. And the shoot off. It's a paired thing through ranking, #1 vs #64, #2 vs #63 and so on. Said is to give more people a chance to win. I don't go to a shoot to give some one a chance to win. I'm there to win. I think the eventual winner last year had to beat out 6 other shooters 6 different times.

You probably know it already, but in ASA, IBO or NFAA, the only time you have to shoot again in a shoot off is if there is a time. With the bonus points and rings it's unlikely there will be a tie. ASA and IBO, they take X number of the highest Pros to the Shoot Off, but this known up front. So, yeah, you shoot again so to place or win.

Well it was a great day weather wise, low to mid 70's and just enought of a breeze to keep it real nice.
I did shoot my best but still pulled off a 1st place with a 289.
Shot with some good friends and 2 new guys that are now hooked shooting 3-D's. This was thier first shoot.

    Congrats, Don.

Kind of odd to hear of 42 targets. Around here it's 30 or 40 and sometimes there be one novelty shot within.

If you only knew how hard I have been trying to do just that, 3 years now.
But I don't think they want anything to do with someone that shoots non-sights and fingers.
