Your limbs should be fine, I have way over 200 shots on mine.
He must be upset about something.

a fellow martin shooter and enthusiast said in a post here that if you do not crank the limbs bolts all the way down tight ( just shy of max) they will last a lifetime.. so just dont over tighten them ,should be fine
It's all fun an games till you put that big boy on the ground.. now its time to get to work

Firstly, welcome to the forum! I'm sure the guy you talked too was upset, "sour grapes" and all that LOL. If it makes you feel better, the limb problems Martin had was on the older limbs 2008-2010, and it seemed that the bows that took the most beating were shorter ATA. The new Powertuff limbs are much better. I had a couple THOUSAND shots through my 2011 Onza before a limb split, and many here have had no problems whatsoever. Enjoy that new bow, it's a shooter for sure

I have a 2012 Scepter and thousands of shots on it. Not one sign of limb failure or fatigue. Some people.....
