They should be covered under warranty so I'd wait for a phone call back

Too bad those are all nice and dipped up! Oh well, as long as you get the parts you need.

Not the first time I've seen this.

I had the same happen on an AlienX about 18 months ago, right on the corner of the mod.
    Martin replaced them no problem.

Still have the bow, no issues since.

I'm also having an issue with one of my modules on my scepter, the threading for one of the screws has eroded somehow and won't hold anymore. I will also have to get a new one. So a call to customer service?

Are you sure it's the screw and not the threads in cam? Try threading one of the other screws into the same hole to make sure it's not the cam. If it's the cam then best bet is a call to the warranty dept. NOW, screws are pretty easy to find. Any good hardware store or Fastenal will have screws. They are 8x32x 3/8"long countersunk. Take the old one along if you go looking.

It is the threading of the module that looks eroded, the cam looks ok but I will check with other screw. Is it safe to remove a screw from the other cam with that one already out? Obviously I wont' try to draw it like that

    Hope it's not the cam.....

OK, my answer was in err. The threads are in the module and not the cam. So it is the threads in the module that are bad==probably. Just to clarify though, just how close are the holes to each other in the module. I've noticed in lots of modules that the adjustment holes are very close, leaving very little material, if any, between them. If this is the case I would like to see a picture before making an objective decision.
