Freezing rain again last night. Had to work late because aircraft were lined up for de-icing and that left other aircraft at the gates waiting to be pushed out. I did not get out of work until 0100 or so. Then I got up the this morning, and the trees were all ice-coated. Even the Kudzu was coated. In freaking Dixie, the week spring starts. I am so sick of winter! It has been cold for so long.

We had a bit of weather at my place this weekend, and a little bit of excitement. I took a video of the river right behind my house that will help explain...

Where you see the burn barrel and the burn pile with the old christmas tree is usually dry BTW...

yep, they opened up the dam above us and let the water flow cause the lake was FULL lol. Neighbor says its the highest he's seen them let the river get, but we had a ton of rain fall this weekend, I don't think they had much of a choice LOL. I have 1.25 acres, and the front half is house and fenced back yard. I started filming right after I shut the gate behind me.... Its only 30 yards from the fence to my back door.

Not nearly as bad as what Sonny went through a while back with sand bags and stuff though..
