    Only thing I can figure is a much too shirt arrow..... and being a moron. That has to factor in somehow.

    Would like to hear how that happened, just so I can warn others to never do that! Thats gotta hurt, and it's not gonna feel good when he tells the Dr how it happened either!!

    I have never once flexed an arrow before shooting it.

    The splintered carbon is easy to figure, just look at T8's post, but the intact arrow through thumb and forefinger, I think naptime got it right, arrow was way too short. Doesn't explain why the guy drew it and fired it. Maybe a case of " Here, hold my beer, and watch this!!
