    Default Bowsmith Certification

I was thinking that it would be great if there was a "certification" for people that work on bows in a pro-shop. A test that one would have to take to earn the certification.

I think this would do a lot for the confidence of customers like me. I know there are a lot of so-so or worse self proclaimed bow experts out there. This might help weed them out.

    Ain't that the truth

Simply working in a shop does not make someone a professional.
Sad thing is there are people that believe so..

A certified bow technician would want higher wages, so the shop would have to charge more on every thing to make that up. Thats why this board is so valuable or rather priceless!
