I have eaten rattlesnake when I lived in Oklahoma. Pretty darn tasty. That's a good one there. Don't see how you guys can shoot barebow at those distances. Good for you. I pretty much suck at anything over 25 yards, but then I'm shooting a recurve and am a relative novice at it.

    Berry,
It's real easy shooting this style, you just pull back, aim and when it looks good let-er-fly.
Oh, and when you have been shooting non-sights and finger for almost 52 years it's a no brainer.

Made a grown man cry. That stuff about pulling back, feeling right, & letting it fly is how my grand pa tried to teach me. I was 9 & 30 years later I wish I had listened more. While stationed in Panama, that man provided many pounds of javalina w his old wooden recurve he built by hand. Heck, he said he killed ducks w it (never lied, so he did) & he had a Tucan mounted he killed w his bow. Practice is the only way to get good at anything!

Awesome stuff...I couldn't hit the barn shooting how he did...the man had scar tissue frow getting slapped on his left forearm. WWII, Silver Star, 2 Bronze Stars w 8 oakleaf clusters, 3 purple hearts, & burried in Arlington National w my granny beside him now...that is the difference boys & girls!

I now feel the need to grow a pair!
