Default 70lb Cheetah maxes at 60lb

I have an 08 70lb Cheetah, back in 2010 I cracked a limb. The replacement limb was a 4h. I believe the cracked limb was a 5L. I don't recall checking after I replaced the limbs but I just checked my draw weight and with the limbs bottomed out the bow only draws 60lbs. I've checked the specs. b.h. is 7" and a.t.a. is 30". Before the limb swap the bow would bottom at 72lbs. Any Ideas how to get this bow up to 70lbs? I appreciate any help I can get. I don't think I can twist up the cable and make up 10lbs and keep it in specs. Anyway the limbs could have weakened?

Those limbs are lighter than your originals that's why your draw weight is like lower

I went back through my notes, this bow was drawing 67lbs with the bow bottomed out then half a turn back last hunting season. I'm stumped.

The 4H limb will only be about 2 to 3 pounds lighter than the 5L limb. There shouldn't be a 10 pound difference.

Have you changed the string and cable recently? If so I would check to make sure the lengths are correct.

If it was at 67 a half turn from bottomed out that would put your max at 68.5 so your 4h limbs should max out at 65.5 pounds

The 5L limbs maxed out at 72lbs. The 4H limbs were the ones that were at 67lbs at half a turn out. If memory serves they maxed at a bit over 68.

I went back through my notes, I took the bow down after hunting season for adjustments and cleaning. I must not have got the strings and cables twisted up right. I twisted up the cables and let the string out some. I got the draw weight back up to 66lbs bottomed out. BH is at 7" and the ATA is just OK. Cam timing is 1/2"-5/8" of string groove. I'm thinking I might have to abandon trying to get these 4H limbs up to 70lbs. I bought a 70lb bow. If you could help me get these light limbs close I'd really appreciate it. If I twist up the cable more I'm afraid my ATA will close up and the cam would (I believe) over rotate. Would untwisting the string some combat this? Or should I twist it up some as well?
