Can I reduce the draw length on a nitrous X C cam from a 32"-35" to 29" draw length by using mini mods? This is for a 2007 Scepter 4, Elite limbs, 55#-70#. Thanks

I am not sure but i do not believe so. You want to shorten the draw by 3" that is pretty much. The better way would be to change the C-Cam into a B-Cam.

Hole space for hole space being equal you will only be able to reduce it by 2". Yes the best bet would be to go to a B cam; however with same limbs you will see an increase in draw weight of about 5-7 lbs. with the B cam and you would have to have a shorter shoot string.
