Thanks for the info! I have even tried extra string dampeners and still couldnt get that loud THONG noise out of the bow, so I was considering the sts. The only other question I had was , does it cause exsessive string wear!

I put a string suppressor on my 08 Cheetah and it reduces my string noise somewhat but not completely. Why does the Cheetah make so much noise from the string?
Finally bought a sts for my Cheetah didnt help much! What can I do to stop that annoying string noise short of going to another brand of bow? [Any ideas appreciated.]
Check your cam's rotation. There should be 3/8" of groove showing where the string comes off the cam.
Add leeches to your string.
Tighten all screws down.
Add limbsavers to the undersides of the Limb Pockets.
Wax the string well.
cam rotation as was stated above can have alot to do with it... and add cat whiskers.. best IMO
