urgent information about Martin Razor-x , nitrous cam B and magnum limbs 14"

My friend had a martin Razor-X , but the libmbs cracked , Martin sent to me a new pair of limbs to substitute but his bow have a straight limbs 16" and Martin sent to me new limbs with 14" ( magnum limbs) in two days will have a important championship in other city , I can make new strings and cables but I don´t know the correct sizes. Please inform me the corrects sizes of the string and cables for the bow

And the draw weight of the limbs 4M ?

I send a e-mail to Martin but no answer yet, If you remit to me the size I can will made it today and he training tomorow
