Just getting started in archery and want a visual difference between a Right hand and Left hand compound bow.. ie: how do you tell them apart?

It is pretty easy...
If you look from the string you will have several features that are different.
A RH bow will have the sight window at the left side. The cable guard will push the cables to the right side. The arrow rest will mount on the right side with the extension pointing to the left side.
A LH bow will have all those things mirror-inverted.
