shipping time

i ordered a new 2009 moab sun. the 8th . when i finished ordering it it said would take 3 to5 days. today got a message in my email it said 7 to 10 . anyone ordered one lately ,and have any idea how long for sure. thanks!

It usually takes up to 2 weeks. All the bows I've bought have been delivered here to PA in 10 days.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's worth the wait. I'm a SilverStar shooter for them and although mine usually have some custom work done my wait times are about two months. During that time I still have a bow to shoot, or two or three. Still, when the bow gets here it's always worth it as far as I'm concerned.

Some people might think otherwise, but I think us staff shooters take a back seat to the general customers.

I ordered some items from the Martin pro-shop on the 4th. On the 5th my account page showed "ready to ship". Yesterday it still showed "ready to ship" I called to find out what the delay is. The lady on the phone checked and was told it was on the truck for delivery. Today my account still shows "ready to ship". Tomorrow I'm calling and canceling my order.

After dealing with companies such as MidWay USA and 3 Rivers Archery and their outstanding service, I expected better from Martin.

I really like my Martin bows but I'll get my other items elsewhere.


UPDATE:

I called to cancel today. The lady I spoke to was very nice and did not understand what was taking so long. After checking on my order, it seems that the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing.
I was told today that my order had shipped and UPS tracking calls for delivery tomorrow.
