How do i change the draw length on my Saber?
How do i change the draw length on my Saber?
Depends on what cam system is on the bow. If it's DynaCam or MPro then all it takes is a module change. Look on the side of the cam where the cable attaches. You should see a plastic module held by two countersunk allen head screws. In the module is a letter/number designation such as F5. Assuming F5 is for 28" draw then F6 is for 29", F7 is for 30". To shorten just go down in numbers accordingly.
If by chance one of the screws is hidden behind a limb fork then you can often just squeeze the cable toward the riser, rotating the cam a bit, and get at the hidden screw.

Yea, it has an F7, which i take it is a lil to long for me. My draw length is about 28 i think its about 30 right now.
F7 could be for 30" or 31" depending on which cam is on the bow. Need to know which cam it is. Elk4Me is with you on the other thread. Do you have a Martin dealer around? He should have modules for it. The bows come shipped with all 7 modules.
If you don't know which cam then look at the limb sticker and see what the string and cable lengths are. We can probably tell from that.
