I do have to agree Desmond that there isn't much better for making a bow quiet than whiskers. They are heavier and do slow the bow dowwn a bit more, but they are not installed near the cneter of the cam so the full weight of them is not dragging down the speed. Besides, for most eastern whitetail hunting where shots are 30 yards or less the little bit of extra speed loss is pretty irrelevent.
Ya know, as much as some things change so quickly and drastically in archery some things have stood the test of time. Whiskers being one of them.
