Thanks. Yes you are right. I could have started a more detailed analysis but i just wanted to give some points to start with or to think about.

In some other videos you can see alex without any release.

Bfisher, Montalaar, thanks! I'll appreciate all your tips and suggestions. I still have no release (can't find one yet), but made my first d-loop of which i'm very proud and don't want to untie it I have nobody to coach me and it's hard to improve my form without seeing what i'm doing and i'm especially bad in my videos-guess i'm camera shy
P.S. Don't want to cut my Al arrows, because sometimes i hit hard objects behind my target and need the extra lenght to be able to fix them.
