    Question draw length

    I just purchesed a martin furry and the draw is 31in. I am a 29 1/2in.
The cams only have one place for the string. I was told I could just get a shorter string. Is this true? What are my options the archery store said I needed new cams if so which ones do I need to get 29 1/2 in. draw. Any help would be great.

You cannot adjust your draw to that extent with a new string, you will need to purchase new cams. Give one of our techs a call and we can give you the options you would have with this bow.

I had the same problem a couple years ago and didn't want to buy new cams so I had my wrists shortened as my brother-n-law is a plastic surgeon.

But, I would go with the new cams if I had to do it over again.

I have this problem too! You can put your bow in a bow press and twist your cables to get your half inch! This is no problem to do, and only takes about 5 minutes to complete!!! thanks, Bernie
