Hello all, glad to see this site come on. As a long time Martin shooter I think this will be the place for all to visit to learn about the companies fine products. I have a warm spot for Martin Archery and it's not cause I'm from Walla Walla its just that I like the bows. I started out back in the 80's with a warthog (wood laminate if I remember right) and then switched to a Cougar Magnum. Then on to the Cougar speedflight and then a FireCat. Now I have the Cougar II (I thingk is the latest designation) and am looking at the latest model the Shadowcat.
One of these days I will settle on one bow and get proficient with it. ha ha
Been in the Military for 29 years and they will be kicking me out next year so plan on coming back to Walla Walla and doing some fine Elk hunting in the area.
Happy hunting to this years hunters, I can't make it but wish you all luck.
Welcome, I like this sight alot. I can now find out whatever want about my bow. I think Martin did a great job on this site.
29 years? What branch? I plan on enlisting in the Marines or Navy when I am 18.
Welcome aboard. This is a great forum and can be very helpful when you need information.
Navy. Nuclear Submarines, will be transferring her in San Diego in April back to the submarine base in Bangor, WA. Won't make Elk season next year though, will be at sea.

G'Day Ray, I'm in oz and we have a Walla Walla 1200ks from where I live. Tis an unusual name. I have just got my latest model Shadowcat, 60# nitrus cams A. This the bow I hope to win the world championships with here in oz in June 2006. I fired it today for the first time and its a winner. I'm now a happy camper. I also own 2 Jaguars, my hunting outfit 60# camo etc, and a red target set at 45#, and I won each weekend for the last 30 w/e straight with the red Jaguar. I'm not a brand freak, it's just that after a lot of research, the Shadowcat won. If I can help- email me at email@example.com regards Terry
