Fuzion cam let-off ?

I know my cam has a high let-off. What I want to know is, in number wise, how much is the let-off... 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, etc?

Also I was wondering if I can change the Fuzion cam to the dyna cam on my Jaguar mag? Would it shoot faster with the Dyna cam?
