I just replaced the strings on my FireCat and would like an opinion/advice on my cam rotation being correct. My bh is 6-15/16ths and ata is 32-1/4" both a bit shorter than it was before the string change.
Thanks in advance for any help/insight .!!!

Take a look at the following thread in Archerytalk it is very informative. I believe that your cams should be wound a little tighter.

I thought I could go a little tighter on the gap also (I've read the thread on AT) however my cables seem to be wound really tight now and I was worried about twisting them more. They are served in the centers for the ccs so maybe I should take that off - twist a bit more then reserve.?.
Thanks for the advise !
Twisted up some more and got the strings 1/8" off the pegs.
ATA is 32-5/16". BH is 6-15/16".
Backed limbs off 1 full turn = 62lbs. (2H's)
Module at #7. Draw Stop set to contact limb at true 29" DL.
29" GT 7595's total 412grains.
Pro Line strings.
This thing shoots awesome now !
Will crono it this afternoon and play with speed nocks.
After shooting it for a month or so I was seriously thinking about trading it for
a MOAB because I just couldnt get used to the 'hump' in the draw cycle but now that the cams are wrapped up - there is no 'hump'.
It draws incredibly smooth - is totally silent and is deadly accurate ! ! !
I love this bow.
4 weeks till Elk season WhooHoo ! ! !
