2009 bangel m-2 cam issue

just took bow out of box put on 30" mod drawed it back , cam is hitting string so hard its eating it up have not drawed it more than 5 times , and cant be fixed by twisting strings either brand new bow right as it comes to full draw where string goes between tracks i think martin has a design issue here any help would be great ,

Best thing you can do is take it to a dealer and let them look at it.

Any chance you could post some pictures? It doesn't sound like it can be too serious that you can't fix it yourself , IF you didn't want to take it back to the dealer.
