keeps popping out of my bow and gets in the way of my peep i have gotten this fixed once but it happened again i need help on this and i also need new strings it is a martin phantom magnum 02 or 01 model thanx for any help

Hey Brent, are you pointing to the cable slide (little block of plastic) or the cable guard (bar)? As for strings, I am an ametuer string maker and would be willing to help you out or you can go over to AT and get a set from one of the Pro's over there. The other option is to order a replacement set from Martin. If you go with one of the guys on AT you can probably pick your colors and they will do a great job for you.

i am talking about the cable guard guys thanks for the claification though on which is which

If there isn't a set screw to tighten it in I would use JB weld to lock it in good or simply drill a small hole and tap it for a set screw. If there is a set screw and it is working loose use some loc-tite or fingernail polish on the threads.
