limb weights

I know this subject has been done to death but I guess I must be especially thick as i still dont fully understand the limb codes.My cougar 2000 elite has 7H limbs but unknown weight range { totally faded sticker] but with only a gap of about an 1/8''left in limb pocket only pulls 56lb It is fitted with a fuzion cam Does anyone know what I would get if I fitted 6h limbs [7H cracked] I want a minimum of 55lb

Crank your limbs down all the way to bottom, tell us what that weight is and then we can tell you what your minimum to maximum will be.

Just checked the spec charts and it doesn't give limb deflection---darn.

A stated, bottom the limbs and see what it comes to. I'm guessing it'll be 60#. In any case 6H limb should come out 5# less than what you have right now.

Thanks for your response, cant get bow scales for some time as I use the ones at our local club and I cant get there for some time, but I think you have answered my question. It seems that the 6H will only give me 55lb and I'd like to make 60lb. at max.
