Need help with bow id

I just bought this bow from a guy for 20 bucks and I would like to know anything about it, like when it was made and how much it cost new. He said it was sitting in his shed for a while and i know it looks old. The model is mt-6 cougar 2. it says tiger on the sides

Is it a Cougar or a Tiger? There is a small difference....
