I have an 09 firecat im shooting a hostige pro rest, dl is 28" and im shooting 29" 5575 gold tips does this sound right? oh yea 70 lb draw wt.

Knowing that the 5575 is a 400 spine I'd say you're right at the upper edge of their spine range. They might be OK, though. Try tuning and see how the do. If broadheads fly well and group well then you're OK. If they don't then you have a choice of going to a stiffer arrow (7595???) or just turn the bow down a bit. Frankly I always find that the better of the two choices as it doesn't empty the wallet.
