    Cool Martin warthog magnum

I have a beautiful wooden compound bow, around 20 years old, it says Martin Warthog magnum - CLWL 61508-7.
Can somebody tell me more about that bow?

    Default Wooden Warthog

If you go to Archey Talk and look in the history section, year 1980-1989 there some pictures. I have one too, with burlinga wood and it still shoots great. Oldwood

    Question martin warthog magnum

I have a warthog, I bought it new when they first came out. It has been under the bed in a hard case for about 105 years, since I had to quit hunting. It is top of the line, burlinga wood and all that sort of thing. I have no idea of the value of this bow, my son's are no longer into hunting and so I don't have a source to hand it down to. Is there a market for these bows in mint condition?

I thought you were just joking, but I did get a chuckle out of the "105 years" comment.

That would be a great bow.

Wow, a Compoundbow older than the patent for it.
