Deer pics

I have been shooting Martin for 2 years now. Both these deer were taken with a Moab at 28in. draw, 68#, 100 gr. Slick Trick Magnums. Looking forward to what I shoot with my new Firecat! Glad I live in Kansas. lol2.jpg

This deer pics are really great and awesome, but i can see the hardwork behind this, because deer is really fastest running animal, congrats them and all the best for the people who worked for this.

I hate to admit this, but the bigger of those 2 deer was the easiest to get that I have ever taken. It was only my second day out hunting last year. Hadn't had time to scout during the summer. I'd been on stand for maybe 2 1/2 hours when he walked out into a cleared tractor path along a field at 23 yards. Damn near felt guilty shooting him, but.........Never turn down good luck.

bfisher, honest story. I think it was someone's way of paying back for all those past years of sitting in the freezing rain, snow, plain crappy weather, watching squirrels. lol
