Here's what I chrono'd with my Firecat.
Arrows: Maxima 350, 29" 390 gr
Speed: 290 fps
For targets and 3-D shooting this is a great arrow and not very heavy. But if you're looking for hunting arrows you might want to reconsider the quest for the highest speed you can attain.
For big game I'm now getting away from lighter arrows and going for better penetration potential by shooting heavier arrows with high FOC (in the 15-20% range). I think too many hunters are too caught up in fast arrows and KE when they should be more focused on arrows with greater momentum which generally means heavier and slower arrows. The higher FOC also helps the arrow punch through with less energy loss due to flexing when it hits the animal.
I have Gold Tip Big Game 100s on order and will be shooting field tips and broadheads in the 175-200 gr range. The total weight should be in the 530-555 gr range. I expect the speed will drop to around 250, maybe even less, but the momentum will be great.
