string change help
Looking for assistance with putting a new string and cable on my martin moab.
Do you check ata with limb bolts all the way tightened? Is cam lean a big problem to watch for? Also if twists are needed to get the ATA correct, should one twist both the cable and string?
Thanks, in advance for the help.

I never worried much about ata and check it at the weight I'm shooting when I do check it. Cam lean is only an issue if your axles are bent or your cable guard is too far out. When changing string/cables, I would be more interested in brace height and tiller. It doesn't matter if you twist the string or the cables, both will work. Just remember that shortening the string will raise bh and lower dw; shortening the cables will do the opposite. Use limb bolts to set tiller.
